Animal with language skills

All of us love to learn new amazing languages. Not only us there are animals with superb language skills. You might be able to do a mean celebrity impression or two, but can you imitate an entire bird flock at the same time? a Lyrebird can. It has amazing language skills. Lyrebird males spend much of their time trying to attract mates by mimicking. Not only for attracting mates,
they also use their mimicking power when they see a predator in their midst. Their defensive strategy is to call out loudly,

They can mimic sounds of not only 20 other bird species, but also complex sounds like car alarms, camera shutters, shooting from video games, workmen and chainsaws. Lyrebird’s calls even improve with age. Lyrebird loves to sing and will quite happily belt out its songs for most of the daylight hours. But their courtship song is yet unheard. Males have exceptionally long, showy tail feathers that are shaken extensively in elaborate mating dances. The musical accompaniment to the dance is predominantly a melody of greatest hits of the songs of other bird species (it's there mating ritual).

The males may gain a reproductive advantage by tricking the female into responding as if she may be at risk of a predator. As if it is saying "honey it’s dangerous out there. Stay here with me.’' They are very remarkable creatures.
